1) Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2) License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3) User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the information you enter, manage, export, and share.
- The app is an organizational tool and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
- You are responsible for device security, backups, and access controls.
4) No Warranties
The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
- No warranties of any kind—express or implied—are provided, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the app will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted.
5) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, North View Enterprises, LLC, its members, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcomes, loss of profits, or device/software issues arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the app.

We do not provide medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. You are solely responsible for monitoring your health and following medical guidance.
7) Paid Downloads & Store Policies
Purchases made through app stores are subject to the applicable store’s terms and refund policies. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their policies or availability.
8) Intellectual Property
The app and its content (excluding your data) are owned by North View Enterprises, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
9) Prohibited Uses
- Misuse of the app in violation of laws or regulations.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfering with or disrupting the app’s operation.
10) Changes, Suspension, & Termination
We may update or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
11) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflicts of law rules. Venue and jurisdiction for disputes shall lie in state or federal courts located in Indiana.
12) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13) Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and North View Enterprises, LLC regarding the app.
